The standards of a large firm. The personal touch of a dedicated adviser.
Meeunoh Consult supports SMEs with employment law, payroll and immigration matters in Brussels, Wallonia and Flanders.
Why Meeunoh Consult
Most SMEs have an accountant, but no one to handle their employment matters. The social secretariat calculates payroll; it does not advise. In between, questions remain open: a contract that needs amending, work rules that need updating, an employment incentive that was never claimed.
Meeunoh Consult was set up to fill this gap: that of a dedicated employment adviser who knows your business, can communicate in French, Dutch or English, and works with the rigour of a leading firm.

He then joined EY, where he advised national and international groups on employment law and social security, and supported them during social inspections and due diligence processes.
He then worked as an independent HR manager, closely involved in day-to-day staff management, and subsequently as a legal adviser at Securex, where he advised employers on working time, flexibility, end-of-career arrangements and collective redundancies, and delivered training sessions.
He founded Meeunoh Consult in 2026 to put this experience to use for SMEs.
